At Coastline Plastics we are able to manufacture many different plastic products using two different techniques, rotational moulding and vacuum forming. Plastic rotational moulding is ideal for large items and have the distinct advantage of having generally cheaper moulds which is terrific for smaller runs or quantities. The plastic in rotationally moulded products are not stressed in the manufacturing process- an important consideration in some instances such as tanks.

Custom made products such as road barriers, playground equipment, worm composting bins, modular furniture, pools, spas, safety equipment, buoys, boats and canoes etc can be made either by vacuum forming or rotational moulding depending on product and specified use.

Vacuum forming is ideal for smaller items. The plastic sheets are heated & then stretched by vacuuming to form the shape of the mould.
